The house is located in a small co-ownership of 6 well-maintained houses with shared pool, less than 10 minutes walk from the center of Begur village and close to all shops. It is a very pleasant and very functional house, quiet and renovated that guarantees tranquility and comfort that will make you feel at home: private garden with impressive views of Begur Castle and the Medes Islands, swimming pool, large terrace and balcony from where the View is magnificent, plus a parking space (inside the house). Distributed on two levels; On the ground floor we find a spacious and bright living room with access to the large terrace and garden, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a washer/dryer, a cozy living room and a guest bathroom. On the upper floor, three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and a small bedroom with a double bed) and two large bathrooms, each with its own toilet. The villa it set half way up the hill on the northern side of Aigua Blava bay. The quiet bay is breathtakingly beautiful and has some of the best views of the north-east of Spain. The villa also looks across to the densely wooded hills south of the bay providing a blanket of colour down to the waters edge. Come here if you want to relax on the pool or in the beach with friends & family, play golf or enjoy some scuba diving.The villa is suitable to babies and young children. Adult supervision is needed although we have a gated swimming pool (complete with Dolphin on the bottom tiles which they love!) The four large bedrooms are all en-suite. The three suites from the upper level have A/C , the suite on the ground floor has no A/C. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have wonderful large balconies. From all the rooms of the house you will enjoy wonderful views over the bay and the sea.
