The house is located in a small co-ownership of 6 well-maintained houses with shared pool, less than 10 minutes walk from the center of Begur village and close to all shops. It is a very pleasant and very functional house, quiet and renovated that guarantees tranquility and comfort that will make you feel at home: private garden with impressive views of Begur Castle and the Medes Islands, swimming pool, large terrace and balcony from where the View is magnificent, plus a parking space (inside the house). Distributed on two levels; On the ground floor we find a spacious and bright living room with access to the large terrace and garden, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a washer/dryer, a cozy living room and a guest bathroom. On the upper floor, three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and a small bedroom with a double bed) and two large bathrooms, each with its own toilet.
