Fantastic house located just 200m. from Begur center and 4km. of Sa Riera, Aiguafreda or Sa Tuna Beach. With nice views of the village and the mountain and very cozy. Upstairs with large living room with access to terrace, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs, we find four double bedrooms, two en suite and a third full bathroom. It also has a fifth room as a storeroom or luggage storage. Various terraces. Garage. Private garden with porch area with barbecue and private pool (10x4m).No pets

The villa it set half way up the hill on the northern side of Aigua Blava bay. The quiet bay is breathtakingly beautiful and has some of the best views of the north-east of Spain. The villa also looks across to the densely wooded hills south of the bay providing a blanket of colour down to the waters edge. Come here if you want to relax on the pool or in the beach with friends & family, play golf or enjoy some scuba diving.The villa is suitable to babies and young children. Adult supervision is needed although we have a gated swimming pool (complete with Dolphin on the bottom tiles which they love!) The four large bedrooms are all en-suite. The three suites from the upper level have A/C , the suite on the ground floor has no A/C. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have wonderful large balconies. From all the rooms of the house you will enjoy wonderful views over the bay and the sea.

The villa is part of a small and quiet complex with six other holiday homes. The homes have a large collective pool of 8 x 12 meters. The villa is comfortably large with indoor space of 200 square meters. The villa has one bedroom with a king size bed and it’s own bathroom. The two other bedrooms each have a two person bed, a bunk bed and two bathrooms. The kitchen is royally supplied with a five burner stove, an oven, a dish washer, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a fridge and a large freezer. There is a separate room with washing machine and dryer. From the living room you can immediately enter the veranda and private garden. You are not allowed to bring pets into Villa Ses Falugues and indoors is a no-smoking area.
